We will continue to offer Gauteng families a traditional recruitment option if they prefer. In this instance, Mother’s Load will manage the recruitment process in the traditional sense; whereby we source, interview, refer, conduct background checks and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Step 1: Review our rates and terms relating to our traditional recruitment service offering to ensure that you are happy with the fees we charge and that this cost is taken into consideration for your budget.

Step 2: Complete the relevant Family Application form in full, providing a detailed overview of your family requirements and include any particular information regarding your children’s specific needs and your requirements that are important considerations. E-mail your completed family application form to firstname.lastname@example.org and either Kerryn or Kim will be in touch to discuss your brief further to get the “softer” side of your requirements and clarify any information that requires such.
Step 3: Should you have the time available, we will set up a personal meeting with you and further discuss your requirements over a cup of coffee. All our meetings/interviews are conducted in Craighall Park.
Step 4: Once we have a full understanding of your brief we will then work to source suitable individuals for you to interview and/or refer current candidates that meet your requirements.
